Designed by Richard Gilbert Scott and completed in 1985, Portland House is a landmark of high-tech “Brutalist-lite” architecture. Originally built as the global headquarters for Blue Circle Industries, the building was specifically designed to showcase the aesthetic versatility of pre-cast concrete.
